It reduces the feeling of fatigue and accelerates muscle regeneration after training. Isomaltulose, which is found in the composition is a sugar characterized by a low glycemic index, so it does not cause rapid jumps of glucose in the blood, and thus does not cause unnecessary increase in body fat.
