OstroVit Protein Shake is a dietary supplement that contains pea protein isolate and soy protein isolate, i.e. proteins of plant origin that are distinguished by a rich amino acid profile, are gluten-free, and additionally have excellent solubility. At the same time, the product contains buttermilk powder from milk, which has a positive effect on the taste of the product, ensuring a unique, creamy consistency of the shake.

Protein present in the preparation contributes to the growth of muscle mass and also helps to maintain muscle mass. What is more, the macronutrient supports the maintenance of healthy bones.

Dissolve one serving of the product 30 g (2 scoops) in 200 ml of water or skim milk. Depending on your needs, take 1-2 servings daily.
