EthicSport Recupero Extreme is a dietary supplement based on a carefully developed formula, intended for use after intense physical exercise. The product contains a composition of vitamins and minerals essential for maintaining proper body balance.
The formula is supplemented with BCAA amino acids, which are branched-chain amino acids present in muscle proteins, as well as L-glutamine and L-alanyl-glutamine - a dipeptide formed from the combination of L-glutamine and L-alanine. The preparation also contains Sensoril®, a patented extract of ashwagandha (Withania somnifera L.), obtained from the roots and leaves of the plant, standardized to 10% withanolides.
Properties of the active ingredients contained in the product
Carbohydrates contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function after very intense or prolonged physical exercise leading to fatigue and depletion of muscle glycogen stores. This effect occurs when 4 g of carbohydrates per kilogram of body weight are consumed within 4-6 hours after exercise.
Vitamin C supports normal energy metabolism, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Thiamine (vitamin B1), vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 help the nervous system function properly and support the maintenance of normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 also supports protein and glycogen metabolism.
Dissolve 1 sachet in approximately 250 ml of water. Take 15-30 minutes after intense physical activity.
