Properties of the ingredients contained in the supplement
Carbohydrates contained in the preparation contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function after very intense or prolonged physical exertion leading to fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles. The beneficial effect is obtained with a consumption of 4 g of carbohydrates/kg of body weight within 4-6 hours after exercise.
Vitamins B6 and B12 support normal energy metabolism, help maintain the proper functioning of the nervous system, support the production of red blood cells, and contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Consume 1-3 sachets per day. Use during exercise, at regular intervals, adjusting to the intensity of the effort.
