EthicSport Super Hydro is a product for athletes and physically active people who want to supplement their diet with electrolytes and carbohydrates during intense training. The SH (Slow Hydrolysis) formula is based on carbohydrates with varying absorption times.
Properties of the active ingredients contained in the product
Carbohydrates contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function after prolonged or intense physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles. The beneficial effect is obtained with a combined intake of carbohydrates of 4 g/kg body weight, in portions taken within 4-6 hours after intense physical exercise.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, the maintenance of normal psychological function, and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
B vitamins (pyridoxine, thiamine, pantothenic acid) help maintain normal energy metabolism and reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue.
Potassium supports the proper functioning of muscles and helps maintain normal blood pressure.
Calcium helps in the proper functioning of muscles and contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.
Magnesium supports electrolyte balance, reduces fatigue, and helps in the proper functioning of muscles.
Dissolve 1 serving (3 scoops = 25 g) in approximately 500 ml of water. Take at regular intervals of 15-20 minutes. Maximum amount: 3 servings per day (1500 ml of solution).
