These are high-molecular proteins responsible for the breakdown of complex compounds into simpler forms, the Digezyme® multienzyme complex used in Ostrovit preparation contains: α-amylase, i.e. an enzyme responsible for the breakdown of polysaccharides into simple sugars, neutral protease - an enzyme that participates in the breakdown of proteins, lactase, which is responsible for the breakdown of lactose, lipase - a group of enzymes responsible for the breakdown of fats, celulase - n enzyme that catalyzes bonds between glucose molecules in cellulose.

Protein contributes to muscle growth and helps maintain muscle mass, as well as supporting the maintenance of healthy bones.
Dissolve 1 serving of 30 g (2.5 scoops) in 200 ml of milk or water. Consume 1 time a day depending on your needs.
