OstroVit Citrulline - a source of valuable compounds
Citrulline is an organic chemical compound classified as a non-protein amino acid, which is a derivative of ornithine. It is a substance which, together with L-arginine and L-ornithine, participates in the urea cycle, also known as the Krebs cycle. Citrulline is considered an endogenous amino acid, which can be produced in the human body through natural synthesis. The name of the compound derives from the Latin word ‘citrullus’, meaning watermelon, as the first food source from which the amino acid was isolated was watermelon, which remains the primary dietary source of the compound. Furthermore, citrulline can also be found in melons, pumpkins and cucumbers.

Dissolve a single serving of the product 3 g (1/2 scoop) in 100-150 ml of water or juice. Take one serving daily 30 min before the training.
