NOTE! Due to its high content of L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-phenylalanine, and L-tryptophan, the product has poor solubility and a bitter taste. A good solution is to mix the product in water or juice, stirring the solution gently, or to consume the powder directly with water or juice.
Dissolve a portion of 10 g (1.5 scoops) in 200 ml of water. On training days, consume one serving before a meal or training, the other serving after training. On non-training days, take 1 serving between two meals.
