Red clover is a popular plant that is often considered as a weed. It grows in meadows, pastures and urban lawns in almost all of Europe, although the herb can also be found on other continents. It is a perennial, winter-hardy and heavily rooted plant that can grow up to 60 cm in height. Red clover flowers are distinguished by a wealth of valuable compounds. Vitamins such as vitamin A, C or B vitamins can be found in the plant, as well as minerals such as magnesium, calcium, potassium and selenium. Red clover also provides the body with anthocyanins and phenolic acids, as well as small amounts of essential oils. Isoflavones, i.e. compounds structurally similar to estrogens, are considered to be a valuable compound found in plant, on the content of which the plant extract used in OstroVit preparation is standardized.
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily with a meal and water. A diet rich in isoflavones (containing legumes, including soy) does not require supplementation.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
