Properties of ingredients contained in OstroVit Protein Shake
Protein present in the preparation contributes to the growth of muscle mass and also helps to maintain muscle mass. Moreover, the macronutrient supports the maintenance of healthy bones.
Dissolve one serving of the product 30 g (2 scoops) in 200 ml of water or skim milk. Depending on your needs, take 1-2 servings daily.
