Consume 1 serving (1 tablet) daily before the first meal.

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), starch, maltodextrin, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), nicotinic acid (niacin), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; Calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), riboflavin (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (thiamine), pteroylomonoglutamic acid (folic acid), D-biotin (biotin), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
Product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
