EthicSport Super Dextrin Boost is a dietary supplement based on the patented Super Dextrin® formula. It is a carefully developed composition of carbohydrates with a varied rate of energy release, including:
- Cluster Dextrin® - cyclic dextrins with a highly branched structure, obtained from corn starch,
- Palatinose™ (isomaltulose) - an ingredient obtained from beet sucrose, characterized by a low glycemic index,
- Maltodextrins with different DE values (e.g., DE19 and DE6), produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of starch and classified as complex carbohydrates.
The formula is supplemented with caffeine - a purine alkaloid - and beta-alanine, a derivative of alpha-alanine and a precursor of carnosine. This combination of ingredients promotes the effective use of the body's available energy resources.
Properties of the active ingredients contained in the product
Carbohydrates contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function (contraction) after very intense or prolonged physical exercise leading to fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles. The beneficial effect is obtained with a consumption of 4 g of carbohydrates per kg of body weight from all sources within the first 4 to a maximum of 6 hours after exercise.
Consume 1-3 sachets per day. Use during exercise, at regular intervals, adjusting to the intensity of the effort.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. The expiry date refers to the unopened product in its packaging.
Contains caffeine (150 mg per serving = 3 sachets): not recommended for children, during pregnancy or breastfeeding. It is recommended not to exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources. Store in a cool, dry place.
