Properties of the ingredients contained in the supplement
Carbohydrates help restore normal muscle function after very intense or prolonged physical exertion leading to fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles. This beneficial effect occurs when 4 g of carbohydrates per kilogram of body weight are consumed in portions taken within 4–6 hours after the end of exercise.
Vitamins B6 and B12 support normal energy metabolism, aid in the functioning of the nervous system, contribute to the proper production of red blood cells, and help reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue.
Consume 1-3 sachets per day. Use during exercise, at regular intervals, adjusting to the intensity of the effort.
