Carbohydrates contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function (contraction) after intense or prolonged physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles, and the beneficial effect is obtained with carbohydrates from all sources, with a total intake of 4 g per kg of body weight, in portions taken within the first 4 hours after very intense or prolonged physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles, and no later than 6 hours after such exercise.
Consume 1-3 packs per day. Use during physical activity or before training. The product is recommended for people who carefully plan their energy intake and should be the first choice among energy drinks in your plan.
