EthicSport Super Dextrin Gel Pro contains a set of ingredients that support the body thanks to their varied absorption profile. Digitized dextrins, isomaltulose, and maltodextrins differ in their molecular structure, which allows for the gradual release of energy and its effective use by the body during prolonged physical exertion.
Properties of the ingredients contained in the product
Carbohydrates contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function after very intense or prolonged physical exercise, which leads to fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles. The beneficial effect is obtained with a total intake of 4 g per kg of body weight of carbohydrates from various sources, in portions taken within the first 4 hours after exercise, but no later than 6 hours after exercise.
Consume during physical activity. If possible, wash down with a sip of water.
The amount should be adjusted to the intensity of exercise and individual needs. The dose of the product should be adjusted to the level of training and the body's ability to absorb high concentrations of carbohydrates. After consuming the energy gel, drink a small amount of water.
