Dextrose - an organic chemical compound, a monosaccharide of the aldohexose group. It is the optical isomer of glucose, the right-handed version of the compound (D-glucose), also known as grape sugar. It is a source of easily digestible carbohydrates which is distinguished by its high glycemic index and contributes to increased insulin secretion. Dextrose is a substance that is characterized by very rapid absorption into the bloodstream. It is naturally produced by photosynthesis by green plants - the substance can be found, among others, in fruits, flower nectars, as well as in honey. In laboratory conditions, dextrose can be obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of corn or potato starch.
Dissolve one serving of the product 50 g (3.5 tablespoons) in 500 ml of water. Depending on your needs, take 1-2 servings daily. Best during and after training.
