  1. To obtain about 300 ml of peanut butter, you need two glasses of peeled peanuts. Peanuts can be roasted in a dry frying pan, heating them for a few minutes until some of them turn slightly brown, or by putting them on a baking sheet and placing them in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for about 7 minutes.
  2. Roasted nuts should be left to cool. Cooled peanuts should be placed in a large bowl.
  3. For blending nuts, it is worth choosing equipment with high power and durable blades - you can use a hand blender, as well as a glass blender or a malaxer. Peanuts should be blended pulsatively, making sure that the equipment does not overheat. Blending should continue until a creamy, liquid consistency of the product is obtained. If the goal is to prepare crunchy peanut butter (with pieces of nuts), you can reduce the mixing time by leaving crispy pieces of peanuts in a velvet cream.
