Whey protein concentrate - whey protein is made from whey, which is a by-product of cheese production. It is an animal source of proteins, which is distinguished by good solubility and excellent assimilability.
Glucomannan konjac - fraction of water-soluble fiber, obtained from the root of the Asian plant konjac, also known as Konjac. Glucomannan is a valuable prebiotic and has strong water-binding properties.
DigeZyme® multienzymatic complex is a preparation that contains digestive enzymes, i.e. substances that enable the proper course of digestive processes in the body and are macromolecular proteins responsible for breaking down complex compounds into simpler forms. The ingredients of DigeZyme® include:
- α-amylase, which is the enzyme responsible for breaking down polysaccharides into monosaccharides.
- Neutral protease - an enzyme from the peptidase group, which is responsible for the breakdown of proteins into peptides and amino acids.
- Lactase - an enzyme that is responsible for breaking down lactose, or milk sugar, into glucose and galactose.
- Lipase - a group of enzymes that are responsible for the breakdown of fats.
- Cellulase - an enzyme from the hydrolase group, catalyzing the bonds between glucose molecules in cellulose, resulting in the formation of glucose.

Glucomannan as part of a low-calorie diet helps with weight loss. Beneficial effect is obtained when 3 g of glucomannan is consumed daily in three doses of 1 g each, with 1 or 2 glasses of water, before a meal and as part of a low-calorie diet.
Dissolve 1 portion of 20 g (2 scoops) in 150 ml of milk or water. Consume three servings a day before meals.
