Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is a water-soluble component belonging to the B vitamins which must be supplied to the body from the outside, as the body is not capable of synthesizing it on its own. The compound can be found primarily in whole grain cereal products, as well as in offal and dry pulses, and in dietary supplements.

Vitamin B12, also known as cobalamin or the red vitamin, is an organic chemical compound classified as a water-soluble B vitamin. It is a naturally occurring ingredient in animal products which can be found in meat, milk, dairy products, as well as fish and seafood, among others.
