In any sport discipline, it is important that you properly prepare yourself for exercises in order to assure safety and minimize potential injuries. It is exceptionally important in combat sports because unsuitable preparation may contribute to unsuccessful training or injuries.

A boxing hand wrap is made of a high-quality „breathable” soft fabric, thanks to which it is pleasant to the palm, does not wrap and assures comfort when practicing. The product has a durable Velcro so that you can perfectly attach it to your palm. A 2,5-m wrap is available in a yellow and black color, 2 pieces in a set.

How to use wraps correctly:

• When wrapping your palm, make sure you stiffen your wrist and thumb to secure all small bones so that no finger is exposed to dislocation.
• Straps should not be too tight or to lose.
• If a hand is wrapped too tight, it is exposed to injuries in case of punch.
• If a hand is wrapped too loose, it may be chafed or get injured.
• When you wrap the palms, they should be fine and comfortable.
