EthicSport Pre Gara Dynamic is a dietary supplement with a comprehensive formula containing complex carbohydrates, including medium-chain maltodextrin, as well as electrolytes, B vitamins, and vitamin C. The product's composition has been supplemented with amino acids, creatine, and alpha-ketoglutaric acid. The formula also includes plant extracts such as guarana and ginseng, commonly used in dietary supplements for athletes.
Properties of the ingredients contained in the product
Carbohydrates contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function after very intense physical exercise leading to fatigue and depletion of muscle glycogen. The effect occurs when 4 g of carbohydrates per kg of body weight are consumed within 4-6 hours after exercise.
Thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin B6, biotin, and vitamin C support normal energy metabolism.
Riboflavin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, folic acid, and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B6 supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Magnesium supports electrolyte balance and helps reduce fatigue and tiredness.
Calcium is necessary for normal nerve transmission.
Zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism and supports normal protein synthesis.
Take 30 minutes before training/competition. For moderate-intensity exercise: 1 sachet mixed with approximately 200 ml of water. For prolonged intense exercise: 2 sachets (in 400-500 ml of water).
For optimal results, consume approximately 200 ml of clean water 10-15 minutes before exercise.
