EthicSport Performance Sete is a dietary supplement in the form of an easily soluble powder that allows you to create a hypotonic solution with a refreshing lemon flavor. It is a preparation containing carbohydrates, as well as vitamins and minerals, the adequate supply of which in the diet is essential for the proper functioning of the body. The product formula has been supplemented with Siberian ginseng root extract (Eleutherococcus senticosus).
Properties of the active ingredients contained in the product
Carbohydrates contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function after intense or prolonged physical exercise leading to fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles. The beneficial effect is obtained with a consumption of 4 g of carbohydrates/kg of body weight within 4-6 hours after such exercise.
Vitamin C, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, and magnesium support normal energy metabolism and contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Thiamine (vitamin B1) supports proper heart function and helps maintain normal psychological function.
Riboflavin and vitamin C help protect cells from oxidative stress.
Magnesium supports proper muscle function and maintains electrolyte balance. Calcium and potassium also support proper muscle function.
Dissolve 1 sachet in approx. 500 ml of water. Consume 50-100 ml of the solution at regular intervals every 15-20 minutes. Maximum dose: 3 sachets per day.
